UltraPeel™ Petita System

Pepita is the UltraPeel™ unit modified for use by the Aesthetician who is certified and highly skilled to carry out a wide range of treatments safely and efficiently on a routine basis in the skin care clinics. A jet of microcrystals (corundum powder) is propelled across the skin's surface through a sealed tubing system with a sterilizable handpiece which removes unwanted dead skin cells and scarred tissue.
A continuous vacuum of microcrystals is formed (aspiration mode).The microcrystals are finally collected in a container that holds the waste materials. The real benefit is that after treatment, the patient/client is able to leave the clinic with a clean and fresh sparkling tone, due to regeneration of the epiderma cell structure. Safety is paramount, and therefore, all parts which disposable or sterilizable.

How does UltraPeel™ work?

The UltraPeel™ system utilizes a flux of microcrystals corundum powder that is directed to the skin surface through a sealed tubing system with a dedicated handpiece. The microcrystals are finally collected in a container that holds the contaminated waste materials. The delivery kit is produced in Glass Pyrex material and is the only sterllizable kit available on the market. It is also now available in plastic disposable bottles, which contain pre-packed medical grade corundum powder, which can be sterilized.

What can UltraPeel™ Treat?

Ultrapeel™ Crystal System

The Ultrapeel™ Crystal unit is the medical version of the Ultrapeel ™ technology. It is an innovative dermoabrader which is achieving major successes in dermatology, plastic and cosmetic surgery. This is a closed form of dermoabrasion that uses aspiration and compression modes to perform skin resurfacing with no risk of contamination. The procedure utilizes handpieces, that are sterilizable or disposable, which are placed on the skin's surface.

A jet of inert microcrystals are then bombarded and vacuumed at high speed across the skin's surface (compression mode) to abrade the skin's tissues. This is a relatively painless procedure, which gives quick immediate results and is performed on an outpatient basis. Physicians can use the Ultrapeel™ systems as a pre-op procedure for laser resurfacing and cosmetic surgery. This new technology has been positively reviewed in the news media.
